Why haven't I received my order?
The furniture industry is experiencing tremendous production backlogs due to; labor shortages; social distancing guidelines (which put a drag on production); trucking and interstate regulations which further delay even finished products from reaching retailers & ultimately consumers.
When will I get my furniture?
We are in constant contact with our vendors and manufacturers to get their best possible estimate for shipping dates from their warehouses.
Why was I told a delivery date only to then be given a later date?
We do our best to convey the information that we get from manufacturers, trucking companies, and warehouse vendors. Unfortunately, that information is dynamic and often changes due to new, and often unforeseen changes in social-distancing guidelines, government regulations, labor issues, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience, but promise to provide the most current and accurate information to our customers.
