-At the time of sale, and beyond, we strive to give our customers the manufacturer's best estimate as to when your order will ship from their facility.
Common reasons that your order might be delayed:
- Manufacturer backlogs due to Covid shutdowns, social distancing regulations, etc.
- Trucking delays due to Covid, and an overloaded and understaffed trucking industry. Shipping via waterways are under the same stresses, as are the ports who receive and distribute merchandise from overseas.
- Raw material shortages due to shipping delays (see above).
This list is not an excuse, but an limited explaination for delays.
On the list below, look for the last name on your invoice (alph by last name) on your order to find your estimated shedule date.
If no date appears next to your name, it doesn't necassarily mean it's delayed, please call us for your update (503) 654-8609.
*Sch date = The manufacturer's best estimate as to when your order will be fulfilled at the factory/distribution center.
It might be several days after the scheduled date before your order leaves the factory and transport to Gallery Furniture before it's arrival in-store.
